DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
The Apartment House is located in the center of Egerszalók, 5km from Eger. The Apartment House was built upon a hillside, in a peaceful setting near the Salt Hill Thermal Spa. The garden side of the Apartement House is encircled by a private forest while in front of the buliding there is a large parking area. From the balcony you can enjoy a delightful view of the justifiably famous Salt Hill and its coniferous woods.<br>The Apartment House was built in 2007 by award winning architect György Dely - Ybl. Situated 100 meters from the thermal baths of Egerszalók, the building, which is perfectly suited to the environment, is located in an area characterized by enchanted forests. It is just 5km from the famous city of Eger. Wine connoseurs are sure to enjoy the excellent local wines of Eger and Egerszalók.<br>
In the Apartment House you will find one and two bedroom apartments. The kitchen has tableware and glasses as well as a coffeemaker and kettle. The accommodation also comes with a hairdryer, safe, television, telephone, towels and linen. All of the apartments are equipped with an air-conditioner and about 80 percent have a balcony.<br>These large (from 43 to 56 square meter) non-smoking apartments can accommodate 4 - maximum 6 - persons. They consist of two rooms, a kitchen/lunchroom and a bathroom.<br>

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
In the area there are 4 towns where those fond of swimming/bathing are welcome. The closest is near the Apartement House. The next spa is in Eger, 5km from Egerszalók. Then comes Mezőkövesd (20km) where in addition to bathing you can get to know the Matyó folk art. Finally the hot water spa in Bogács awaits its guests in a beautiful natural setting rich with cultural programs.<br>The next town in the area is Bélapátfalva, which is part of the Bükk National Park. Here you can visit a Cistercian abbey and in the summertime the local inhabitants build a real amusment park for the children. Noszvaj, whose De La Motte Castle attracts numerous tourists each year, is only 15 minutes away (by car). Here you can also visit cave homes which were built during the 19th century and were typical of the rustic life of this area. Kékestető (60km away), Hungary's highest point at 1,015 meters, is a popular destination for tourists and in winter for winter sports fans.<br>There are guided bus tours to all of these towns (Registration is possible at the reception desk where you can also pay any necessary fees).<br>
