DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

<p>This residence is situated in a wonderful location near Mont Blanc. It offers a beautiful view and is surrounded by gardens with numerous different flowers which guarantee sufficient privacy. The residence has a restaurant and bar, a pizzeria and a laundromat. From the apartment you will find trails leading to a nearby lake. Facilities include a tennis court, playground and beautiful mountain biking trail. In Pila there are numerous organized events, especially for children. In both summer and winter there is plenty to do here (in Pila). Pila has approx. 70 km of perfectly maintained slopes. You can take ski or snowboarding lessons at the local ski school. 16 kilometers away is Aosta, accessible by car or by 'Cabinovia' (cable car).</p><p> </p>

This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 8 persons. It has two double bed sofas, a bedroom furnished with a double bed and another bedroom furnished with a bunk bed (or two twin beds), a kitchen, bathroom and balcony offering magnificent views of Mont Blanc. It is possible to rent bed linen for € 11.00 per person / per week. Nearby the residence there is a parking lot where you can park free of charge. You also have the possibility to park your car in a garage, at a cost of € 15.00 in summer and € 30.00 in winter. You can also store your ski equipment here.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

<p>Pila is a small village in the Valle d'Aosta. It is typical of a village in this area. Pila has its own ski slopes which are only 500 meters from the apartment. The well-known ski resorts of Torgnon, Chamois, Valtournenche and Breuil-Cervinia are also easy to reach. From here there are lifts to the top-class ski resort of Breuil-Cervinia/Zermatt, with its 175 km of slopes. In winter you can also go cross-country skiing 15 km away in Antey Saint Andre. This place makes an ideal holiday destination in both summer and winter. Here you can enjoy numerous sports activities including skiing on the glacier plateau of Rosa - even in summer! In the immediate vicinity of your apartment you can try mountaineering or para-gliding. Other activities include: dog sledding, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoe tours, mountain biking and cycling, horseback riding, tennis, canoeing and kayaking. And for those who are already tired from reading about all of these activities, this makes an ideal spot for lots of rest and relaxation!</p>
