DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This holiday accommodation is located in a historical building which dates back to 1300, in the Italian region of Emilia Romagna. The beautiful stone farmhouse was recently restored and divided into 5 elegantly furnished apartments. Guests of the estate may use the swimming pool with corresponding chairs and sunscreen. From the pool you have a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The holiday home has a shady garden with furniture and a barbecue. There is also a kiwi cultivating farm on the premises. Guests are welcome to help themselves to the fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden.

This apartment can accommodate from 2 to 3 persons and is located on the first floor. The fully furnished open kitchen borders the living room and is equipped with a gas stove, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Guests staying in this apartment are welcome to use the large garden with furniture. All apartments have a partly wooden interior and antique furniture which gives them a rustic look. The house has central heating, wireless internet and a TV.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

This historical building is located in the ancient town of Modigliana. Excavations have proven that this town dates back to the first century BC. In the area you can visit various interesting villages and towns that can be easily reached by car. Faenza is famous for its International Museum of Ceramics and its beautiful neo-classical buildings. At the end of June the annual "Palio" is held here. This is a traditional horse race which has been held every year since 1164. Brisighella, with its beautiful castle, is also known for its medieval festival. Furthermore, the Adriatic Coast is only 30km away. There is a riding school and tennis courts close to the estate. There is a golf course 25 km away.<br><br>
