DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This apartment is located in Lido degli Scacchi. It lies just 200 meters from the beaches of the Adriatic, in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. The apartment is part of a centrally located apartment complex consisting of 12 comfortable apartments. The complex has an elevator and the hotel has a private parking lot. Lido degli Scacchi is part of the area known as Lido Comacchesi which is famous for its fine sandy beaches and numerous entertainment facilities.

This second-floor apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. It consists of a bedroom furnished with a double bed; a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette (the kitchenette is fully-equipped including a gas cooker, fridge / freezer and Italian coffeemaker); and a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. The property also has a balcony complete with garden furniture and a fireplace / grill. The house is functional and has central heating and a washing machine. If desired, you can rent a TV.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The area around 'Lidi Comacchesi' offers the opportunity for interesting excursions. For example, you can visit the Po Delta with its beautiful flora and fauna. This is also a great place to go hiking, biking or horseback riding. If you are interested in culture and art, then visit the historic cities of Comacchio, Ferrara, Ravenna and Venice. Comacchio is located at a distance of only 8 km and is a beautiful city dating from the late Roman period. It was built on 13 islands. The current historic center has preserved wonderful relics from the past: magnificent churches and monuments plus bridges spanning the canals. Ferrara is a UNESCO world heritage site and lies about 60km from the sea. This city, which is entirely surrounded by walls, looks the same as it did four centuries ago when it was built by the powerful dukes of Este. Ravenna (37km) is a treasure trove of art, history and culture. This city still exudes a glorious past and was a capital three times: during the Roman Empire, during the reign of Gothic King Theodoric, and as part of the Byzantine Empire in Europe. Only a 2 hour drive and you are in Venice (112km). Built on 120 islands and intersected by canals connected by hundreds of bridges, Venice is truly unique. The channels once fulfilled the function of streets today and its pleasant and romantic gondolas still sail daily. With its beautiful buildings, Venice is a wealth of history and culture.
