DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This holiday park is located in Castelnuovo Magra, a medieval village in Liguria surrounded by a pine forest. It is just 5 km from the sea on the border of Tuscany. The resort occupies a privileged spot on the slopes of the Apuan Alps from where traditional tourist destinations like the Northern Tuscan Coast of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Marina di Carrara, etc.) and the famous 5-Terre in Liguria (Rio Maggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso) are easily accessible. This makes the village a convenient base for excursions and activities between these 2 beautiful regions. The holiday complex has a total area of 140,000m² and consists of 40 bungalows, a campground.
This cottage was built in perfect harmony with the old architectural style of the resort. The house has an area of 35m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. The house has two floors: on the ground floor there is a dining / living room with a kitchen corner. The living room has a double bed sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Through an internal staircase you access the first floor where you will find a bed. A special place for guests is the garden with its outdoor furniture. The houses are simple and functionally equipped with central heating and a television.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
The resort is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and occupies a unique geographical position: centrally located between Tuscany and Liguria. The restaurant and Club House are part of a beautifully restored castle. The village is a true paradise for hiking and horseback riding enthusiasts. This is also an ideal place for mountain biking, trekking and mountain climbing. The nearest beach (Marinella di Sarzana) is only 8-10 km from the resort. Here you can organize boat excursions or go kite-surfing, surfing or take sailing lessons. At a distance of about 10 km there is a 9-hole golf course. There is also a riding school nearby where you can ride the trails on horseback. Just 20 minutes away from the park, on the Val di Vara River, you can try rafting or a hydro speed boat. In Lerici, on the border of the Marine Park of 5 Terre, divers can pursue their hobby.
