DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This apartment is located on an estate which dates from the 18th Century. It lies in the beautiful region of Le Marche. "Le Calvie", originally an annex building of a large and prestigious villa, was completely renovated in 2008. From the rooms and the garden you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, the town of Camerino and the Monti Sibillini. Le Calvie is an oasis of tranquility and provides an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. In the garden enjoy lots of sunshine as well as the scents and colors of the landscape. The key words of Le Marche are calm, space, nature, hospitality, sea, hills, mountains and great food. Here you will find wonderful beaches, beautiful villages and towns, plenty of parks and an unbelievable number of good restaurants!

In a courtyard you'll find four 50m2 apartments which are suitable for two to four persons. There is one bedroom furnished with a double bed and a living room with a double bed sofa. For a fee, a third and / or fourth (single) bed can be added. The apartments have a kitchen with a small gas stove and oven. This apartment is equipped with a TV, minibar, internet, telephone, central heating and air-conditioning. A baby bed can be rented. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Breakfast, linen and towels are included in the price.

Here you are not overwhelmed by hordes of tourists and you really can find small unspoilt villages nestled among beautiful hills with a varied landscape: gentle rolling hills along the coast lead to the spectacular mountain scenery of the interior. The residents of Le Marche are very friendly and love delicious food. The finest ingredients are abundant here all year. One of the most important and best known is perhaps the truffle.
