DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

There are 2 holiday rentals in the house. Apartment Nebbiolo is on the first floor (at the right) and has an upwards open roof construction. Apartment Gavi, located just below is at the ground floor. Both apartments are identical.

The apartments are furnished with light massive furniture, e.g. the bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe and clothes stand.

The living room has a small kitchenette and the kitchen cabinets are filled with tastefully elegant china and glasses to enjoy the accompanying wine. There is a toaster, kettle and coffee machine as well as a small Italian coffeemaker. A mixer is available at request. Please bring your coffee filters, because they are not sold in Italy (meanwhile to found at LIDL). But the matching regular coffee is not for sale though :-)
German sockets everywhere, the floor heating can be operated by our guests.

A comfortable seat invites you to read (large choice of books) but can also be transformed into a spacious bed (2,06 x1, 40m) in case your partner is a snoring or restless sleeper. There is a table with 3 chairs to eat, play or just have a chat. The terrace has garden furniture as well + 2 loungers.

Unfortunately, our house is not suitable for children. We offer total relaxation and peace and quiet.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

In Prunetto are 6 possibilities to try the Piemonte cuisine with its excellent wines.

The charming, small village Prunetto (at 730m) is located in the south of Alta Langa, amidst an unspoiled green countryside, on a mountain ridge high on the Bormidatal, one of the most beautiful ridges in Italy. The main attraction is the dominant 12th century castle and the church of "Madonna del Carmine" with ancient frescoes.

The village has a tennis and jeu de boules area with a bar nearby to relax. Alba, Asti, Acqui Terme and the quickly accessible Mediterranean Sea (45 min) are ideal for excursions.

There are several signposted walking trails that can be walked in separate sections as well. In Cortemilia you can rent bicycles, but there are quiet some differences in altitude here so cycling is rather not recommended to beginners!

Piedmonte will most certainly leave a memorable impression on you.

PRICES AND PERIODS

The Nebbiolo and Gavi apartments can be booked throughout the year.
Minimum stay per apartment: 3 days (1 week during high season).
Arrival and departure day upon agreement.
Arrival between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Departure before 10 a.m.

The price of 490 Euros/week includes bed linen, towels, tea cloths, electricity, gas and water. The gas consumption for the floor heating (even during winter months) and final cleaning are included as well.

Security deposit: 150 euros payable upon arrival and refundable upon departure (subject to inspection).
Late arrival or early departure shall not be entitled to reimbursement or price reduction.
Dogs allowed: one-time cost of 25 EUR/dog for the duration of the stay.
