The house is surrounded by woods and vineyards.
In front is a spacious garden - there is another small private garden as well with table, chairs, sunshade and a balcony where you can have dinner, have a rest or sunbathe.
Panoramic swimming pool (6x12) to relax completely.
Swimming pool open from 30/05/ to 01/10

Inside: cozily furnished and spacious living/dining room with fire place, kitchen with gas and electric stove, dishwasher and washing machine.
2nd floor: bathroom with bath, 2 double bedrooms, extra accommodation for 2 people is possible on demand (no attic room, but 3rd room with 2 beds).
Cot and baby chair are available on demand as well.
Separated heating.

Many places of interest in the neighborhood: the nature reserve Parco Naturale del Casentino, La Verna wit its monastery, Poppi, its castle and golf club, the ancient Castle di Romena, the numerous Romanesque churches and fortresses, the cities Arezzo and San Sepolcro with art of Piero della Francesca, etc.
