SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The property is located about 12 km south of Volterra in Pomarance. The landscape is characterized by wooded hills, fields and olive groves, making this region in summer still very green. Nearby there are two mountain streams, beautiful walks, a beautiful Romanesque church and many beautiful medieval villages.

The house is surrounded by a large piece of land, fruit trees and vineyards. The garden has a swimming pool and a sunbathing area. In the annex is a room available for joint use with satellite TV, reading area and a dining table to spend the evenings. In the adjoining veranda several seats are available. Table tennis, boccia court and barbecue. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
