DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Il Querceto is an old farmhouse restructured in the eighties, surrounded by a park with swimming pool, a garden and a small portion of a wood of oaks and acacias.
At disposal in the park area an inside parking lot, the swimming pool, a bowl field, child playground and a barbecue.

Rooms are displaced in the two apartments: a front swimming pool with entry on the same and the other adjacent to the garden with sight on the wood.
All the rooms are positioned to the ground floor.
The parking lot for car is inside the park, at few meters from the lodgings.

Apartment Piscina
It's shared among two rooms with private bath: the living room with kitchen corner compound of refrigerator and oven. Patio equipped forehead swimming pool. Possibility of assistant bed in rooms.

Apartment Giardino
Holds one double room with private bath, wide living room with cooking corner complete of refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Equipped area external forehead wood. Possibility of assistant bed in rooms.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

We are located 900m far from exit BOSCO-GUBBIO of the E45 highway. Placed in Bosco (district of Perugia) far from around 11Km northeast of Perugia, nearby the borders of Tevere river valley, close to government road Egubina, far away 20 minutes by car from Assisi and 30 from Gubbio.
Possibility for rent on site of bicycles, scooter and car. Guided city tour and trekking tour. Partnership with amusement park and restaurants in the vicinity.
