DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

The Agriturismo La Farfalla Valmarino is young and dynamic but respectful of the Umbrian rural tradition. It is born in an old farmhouse of the agricultural Alberta Rossi Company among the olive-trees but near all the resorts of art and Umbrian tradition. Just 9 km from Perugia and only 5 km from the Trasimeno Lake. The farmhouse, completely restructured, consists of 6 flats with two rooms, cooking corner and bathroom and of two double rooms with bathroom. At the ground floor, in the old stable, there is a pleasant hall and in the garden one wonderful swimming pool. Is a comfortable and pleasant villa, and staying here you have the impression to live in your own house. The welcome is fantastic, thanks to the nice and kind Rolanda, who is supplementing part of the Agriturismo by now and who receives the guests with big heat and elegance.
Near by there is a beautiful riding track,a golf course, possibility of fantastic walks and, if you want, you can taste wine, honey and oil produced by our company.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Near by there is a beautiful riding track, a golf course, tennis, at 5 km the Trasimeno Lake (waterski- windsurf-excursions to the isles, possibility of fantastic walks and, if you want at 3 km you can find a big commercial center with lot's of shops, restaurants, cinemas.
Great position to visit all the mayor art resorts: Perugia 9Km, Florence 100Km, Rome 175Km, Todi 50 km, Assisi 20Km, Spoleto 30km, Gubbio 40km, Cortona 15Km, Arezzo 30Km; and a lot of unknown wonderful small village.
