DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
De Noordster (North Star) Holiday Park is located in the Dwingelderveld National Park, a unique nature reserve. All are detached bungalows in the forest and provide plenty of privacy. The bungalows are equipped with all the modern amenities including: a terrace with garden furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, crockery and cutlery, duvets, pillows, towels, refrigerator, color TV, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. North Star guests can swim for free (from 1 May to 1 September) in the heated swimming pool. In our center there are many opportunities for sports and games: a large lounge, a mini golf course, a skateboard track / half-pipe and multi-purpose area where you can play tennis, basketball, football, badminton and so on. During the school holidays and on weekends, from April to October, our enthusiastic team organize sports and recreational activities for both young and old. For example, there are games, night-stories for children, bingo nights, movies, shows, dancing, cards, walks as well as a variety of sports activities. The program is available each week at the reception desk.
This detached bungalow is suitable for up to 6 persons. The division of the ground floor is as follows: a hall, bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen which contains a fridge (with freezer), 4-burner stove with hood, microwave and full equipment for the stated number of guests. The living room has a dining table, sitting area, color TV, central heating and a chimney among other things. The cottage has three bedrooms (each furnished with 2 single beds with [6] feather-bed mattresses). Blankets (single) and pillows are provided. Bed linen is available. The bathroom has a shower. In addition, the bungalow has a large garden and private parking space. On the terrace there are sufficient chairs available. 4XL has, in addition, a DVD player and radio with CD player. Baby bath, baby bed, highchair and playpen can be hired upon request. You will find a washer and dryer in the central laundry. Internet access is available in the center of the facility.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
There is an ideal hiking and cycling area in the vicinity of Dwingeloo. Dwingelderveld National Park offers hours of walking/hiking/cycling opportunities through forests, marshes and dunes. The Dwingelose Heath is the largest and wettest reserve in Western Europe. The beautiful nature is in harmony with the river landscape with its green valleys. The Noordste has an ideal location for excursions to interesting sights and attractions. In Planetron Dwingeloo you can experience the charm of "around film" and learn more about the new electronic communications. The rich Dutch culture can be experienced in picturesque villages such as Orvelte, where villagers still take their walks adorned in traditional clothing. Of course you can also spend a day at the famous Emmen Zoo. The Slagharen theme park and Hellendoorn amusement park are both accessible from Noordster. Not far from our center lies the largest indoor playground in the Netherlands, Speelstad Orange. A day at the Drents Museum or Verkeerspark can also be a unique experience.
