DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
Our very comfortable bungalow has downstairs a small hall with coat rack, a restroom and a storeroom (washing machine/tumble dryer/micro-wave). There is a spacious, but cozily furnished living room (TV, radio/CD) with semi-open fully fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer).
The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds (box spring) and an ensuite wash basin. The other bedroom has 2 single beds (Auping), a stowaway bed and a cot. All beds have duvets. There is a shower with toilet. The house has central heating. The south-oriented windows of the living room have awnings. The French doors downstairs and the bedroom windows upstairs all have window screens. The bungalow has its private driveway and a nice established garden (350m2 with garden light), a spacious sunbathing terrace with table, six chairs and a large sunshade.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
Our holiday home is located in 'Parc de Zandhoeve' in Vierhouten in a nice and quiet environment. Parc de Zandhoeve is nearby the 4-star camp ground Samoza.
Our guests can use all the camp ground facilities such as swimming pool, play gardens, tennis courts and a horse riding centre.
The 'Veluwe' region is known for its scenic beauty. Plenty of possibilities for walking, cycling and car trips.

PRICES AND PERIODS
Since the bungalow has central heating it is available all year long. The rental rate includes costs for water, electricity and heating. Not included is the tourist tax (0.60 euro/person/day). Possibility to rent linen (5 euro/person), towel set (5 euro) and a tea cloth set (5 euro). Final cleaning at the cost of 50 euro (not obliged).
Deposit: 100 euro
The weekly rent is from Friday to Friday, weekend is from Friday till Monday, midweek is from Monday till Friday. Arrival after 3.00 pm, departure before 10.00 am.
