DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
Just north of Alkmaar lies the cozy bathing resort of St. Maartenszee. This luxurious holiday villa is part of a beautiful, quiet small-scale family park. Surrounded by many trees, it is only 900m from the dunes, close to the beaches of the North Sea. This fully furnished villa (even a washing machine and tumble drier are present at no extra charge) is freestanding and offers space for a maximum of 6 persons. A beautiful subtropical swimming pool lies just 200m from the house.
On the ground floor lies the hall, a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a complete bathroom with a toilet and shower cabin (with thermostatic valve). The luxurious kitchen has all the modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, combi-microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and electric kettlet. Right next to the kitchen, in a closet under the stairs, there is an extra storage room. On the upper floor you will find: a spacious landing, three bedrooms and a second toilet. The house is paved all around, and French doors give access to a comfortable terrace. Right next to the house there is a private parking place for your car. This holiday villa is very complete and luxurious and includes a cable color TV, garden furniture, washing machine, tumble drier and electric barbecue.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
St. Maartenszee, … think of clean beaches and dunescapes. Approx. 2000 meters from this villa park lies a sandy beach with several cozy beach pavilions. The beach is ideal for relaxation during the summer and for splendid seaside walks in winter. Children always have a great time on the beach. A stone's throw away lies an attraction park with an indoor play paradise complete with climbing nets and other amusement equipment, in combination with a huge playground. Within walking distance you will find the following facilities: a well-stocked supermarket (during the peak season), several snack bars, a pizzeria and a few restaurants. In the immediate vicinity: bike rental, subtropical swimming pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath, sunbeds, modern all-weather tennis courts, a disco, Irish pubs, mini-golf courses and an attraction park. Behind the beach lie the beautiful dunes with cycling and hiking trails. In the neighboring nature reserves of "Zwanenwater" and "Wildrijk" as well as in the accessible dunes, you will find plenty of space and tranquility. Furthermore, you can enjoy typical north Holland villages in their polder landscape with flower bulb fields, meadows and meandering dike roads. Restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the villages of Petten (3km) and Callantsoog (7km).
