<p>The Diek'Uus is a semi-detached villa in the "Buitenplaats Nieuw Zeeland" Park in the district of the town of Middelharnis. It's a holiday park that's rich in water. It lies on the edge of the Haringvliet. The yacht harbor and sandy beach with sunbathing meadow are right next to the park. Middelharnis is the most important town on the island of Goerree-Overflakkee which is one of the islands of the province of Zuidholland. These islands comprise an area with many faces: water, beach dunes, forests, polders, plenty of peace and space and numerous historic and picturesque towns and villages. It is located between the shores of the province of Zeeland and the busy international port of Rotterdam. The area has many recreational facilities and is very suitable for a short holiday or a longer stay. Buitenplaats Nieuw Zeeland is a park with many large and nicely decorated waterfalls. This villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons. This surprisingly decorative villa has the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and the living room on the first floor. Because of this you have a beautiful view of the Haringvliet from the living room and balcony. The large living room contains a couch, 3 armchairs, a high chair, coffee table, color TV with DVD player, hi-fi set and a gas stove. There is a separate sitting area in the "white tower". The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hot-air oven, cooker, coffeemaker and electric kettle. It also has a dining table with 6 chairs. Two of the three bedrooms are located on ground floor and are furnished with 1 double bed (each), bedside tables and a closet. The third bedroom has a single bed, but can hold a possible 6th bed. The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub and sink. A second toilet is located upstairs next to the living room. In the storage area next to the kitchen there is a washing machine and drying rack. You can park two cars in the driveway. You may use the bikes in the shed.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

<p>Middelharnis is an old fishing village, with a historic city center and cozy little shops. Around the harbor there are many different terraces and restaurants. The Rien Poortvliet Museum and the area museum are worth a visit. The island of Goerree-Overflakkee, with it's villages, polders and numerous beaches, is a paradise for cyclists, hikers and water sports lovers. This area consist of the islands of Voorne, Putten, Rozenburg and Goerree-Overflakkee. Each island has it's own character and possibilities. On Voorne, Putten and Rozenburg all sort of water sports are available. Nature, landscape and cultural/historical towns offer many options. Goeree-Overflakkee, with the Kop van Goeree and kilometers of long sandy beaches, has a beautiful polder landscape and unique natural areas. An island of peace, nature and space!</p>
