DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This newly built holiday home is situated in a cozy holiday park at the seaside. It is suitable for 14 persons and lies in the car-free zone of the park. Upon arrival you will feel like holiday-making right away- long beach walks or enjoy a beautiful sunset… This is a splendid location in the dunes of 's Gravensande, only 300 meters from the seaside. The cities of The Hague and Delft are only 15 km away and Rotterdam is 30 km away. These surroundings offer you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful nature with its peace and quiet and wonderful fresh air, yet also provides access to the hustle and bustle of the big cities in the area.

Kajuit 14 are two connected bungalows (1 for 6 persons and 1 for 8) with a surface area of about 125m2. The bungalows are linked by means of a sliding door. The bungalow is comfortably and cozily equipped with all the comforts. There are 7 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds next to each other, three with with 2 single beds and two with bunk beds. The two open kitchens have a fridge, cooker, electrical kettle, coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of crockery. In the 2 living rooms there are sitting areas both with a TV. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet. The bungalow also has wireless Internet, a furnished terrace with sun beds and a large dune garden.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

On the seaside, 80 km from Utrecht, lies the town of 's Gravenzande. During the summer months a recreational team, which offers an entertaining program for guests, is present. There's also a festivity week in 's Gravenzande; Harbour days in Hoek van Holland (the so-called Hoekse Havendagen); and even a sailing vegetable & flower parade. This area is excellent for cycling tours and long hikes. Bikes can be rented at the park (€ 4 per day). A day trip to the miniature city of Madurodam in Den Haag or a trip with a tour boat from the port of Rotterdam are really worthwhile. Party-lovers shouldn't miss out on the summer carnival in Rotterdam. And of course there's always the beautiful beach!
