DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This newly built holiday home is part of a cozy holiday park by the seaside. It is suitable for 16 persons and lies in the car-free section of the park. Upon arrival you will feel like holiday-making right away. What do think of long beach walks, or enjoying beautiful sunsets? This is a splendid location in the dunes of 's Gravensande, and only 300 meters from the seaside. The cities of The Hague and Delft lie just 15 km away and Rotterdam is 30 km. The surroundings offer you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful nature, plenty of peace and quiet, fresh air, but also the hustle and bustle of the big cities located in the area.

Kajuit 16 are two connected bungalows with a total area of about 150 m2. One bungalow is suitable for 10 persons and one bungalow for 6 persons. Both bungalows have a door that connects the bungalows with each other. The bungalow has been comfortably and cozily decorated and comes with all the modern comforts. There are eight bedrooms, four with two single beds, two with a bunk bed and two with two single beds next to each other. The two open kitchens have a fridge, cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of crockery. In the 2 living rooms there are sitting areas, both with a TV. There are two bathrooms each with a shower and toilet. The bungalow also has wireless internet, a furnished terrace with sunbeds and a large dune garden.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Right at the seaside, just 80 km from Utrecht, lies the town of 's Gravenzande. During the summer months a recreational team with an entertaining program is present. There's a festivity week in 's Gravenzande, Harbour Days in Hoek van Holland (the so-called Hoekse Havendagen), and even a sailing Vegetable & Flower Parade. This area is excellent for cycling tours and long hikes. Bikes are for rent in the park (€ 4 per day). A day trip to the miniature city of Madurodam in Den Haag or a trip by touring boat from the port of Rotterdam are really worthwhile. Party lovers shouldn't miss out on the summer carnival in Rotterdam. And of course there's always the beautiful beach!
