DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
These 6-person detached villas are playfully situated along the water, in a holiday park (some may not be along the water). They all have a furnished terrace. The interiors of the villas are all the same but their shape may vary. This park has a unique location, only a short walk from the Veerse Meer (lake), where you will find many boat ramps and docks, even a small beach. You have access to facilities such as: a supermarket, restaurant, playground, child pool, tennis courts and the sailing, surfing, water skiing and wake boarding school. You can reach these facilities via a 500m long foot path. The restaurant, supermarket and pool are open from 31/3 until 30/10. The lake "het Veerse Meer" is a true water sports Eldorado. Because of its friendly and calm nature (no waves, current or jellyfish) and the slight sloping bottom, this former sea branch is an ideal holiday location for the whole family. 2150ha of water sports fun, with many little islands that are very suitable for day recreation. Rent a boat and bring a picnic basket and enjoy the whole day! As from Juli 2011, an indoor water playground will be present.<span id="result_box" lang="en"><span class="hps"></span></span>
This villa is suitable for 6 persons and has a luxurious steam shower and a central vacuum cleaning system. The interior of the villas is as follows. The large living room has a dining area and a sitting area and is equipped with a TV. The open kitchen has a fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and microwave. The villa also has a washing machine. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one has 2 single beds which can be put together. One bedroom has 2 single beds. Bed side tables and a closet are also present. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor along with a steam shower cubicle and a toilet. Upstairs there is the third bedroom which is furnished with two single beds. The rest of this floor is suitable as a play attic.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
Around the lake there are various trails and cycling routes which will lead you past picturesque villages, orchards and flower dikes. From Kortgene there is the Pijldam route (37km) which takes you through the nicest spots of Noord-Beveland. The area of Noord Beveland is always green, rural and quiet. It offers a rural view of many farms, dikes with high trees and numerous friendly villages like Kortgene, Kats and Wissenkerke. The village of Kortgene is within walking distance and has nice shops and the Delta Marina. Towns such as Goes, Middelburg, Veere and Zierikzee are also well worth a visit. Through the Westerschelde Tunnel you can reach another peninsula of Zeeland, the Burgundian Zeeuws Vlaanderen and from there it is only a short drive to the beautiful Belgian cities of Antwerpen, Brugge and Gent. The Oosterschelde Dam with its "Neeltje Jans" visitor center is near the park and also well worth a visit. For those who love the sea, the North Sea beaches are only 10km away.
