DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This house is situated in the mountains above the Moldefjord and offers a magnificent view of the fjord, the islands and the Atlantic Ocean. From the veranda and living room you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. There is also a porch and lovely garden where, from noon, you can enjoy lots of sunshine. The water is about 35 meters from the house. In short, this house has all the necessary ingredients for a wonderful holiday!

This detached house is suitable for up to 12 persons. The total (residential) area of the accommodation is approximately 160 m². The format is as follows: on the first floor you will find a spacious living room with laminated floors and a fresh interior from where you have a beautiful view of the Moldefjord. The living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, dining table, lounge area, television, CD player and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffeemaker and dishwasher. On this floor you will also find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the ground floor of the house there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet and the entrance hall. In total there are three single beds, three double beds and a bunk bed. Duvets and pillows are provided, linen must be brought. Outside on the terrace there is sufficient garden furniture at your disposal.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

You can swim in the fjord, but fishing and canoeing are also possible. From the house you can go for splendid walks in the mountains. There is a small town (Selje) in the area which has a few shops. In the vicinity are a cafe, gallery, beach and pier from where you can take boat trips to various islands. You can also go by boat to Bergen. There is also a hotel nearby which has a restaurant, wellness facility, spa and swimming pool. From Selje it is possible to drive across the Cape Peninsula to the west where there is a magnificent view of the numerous cliffs and Atlantic Ocean. Below it are several beautiful quiet beaches, with magnificent surfing waves. But there are also many long hiking routes which also offer breathtaking views. You will find a small ski area 20 kilometers from the house.
