DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This new, stone accommodation sits on a 2,500 sq. meter lot, in a wooded area on Lake Ostrowite. In the surrounding area there are several other apartments on private property. There is a parking lot next to the house. On one side of the apartment, separated by a fence, there is a small shop and a camping area. You can rent boats, pedal boats and surfboards at a neighboring campsite. The facility has a path leading to its own small private beach on the lake. This accommodation is ideal for windsurfing, swimming and fishing (including carp).

This newly built apartment consists of 2 floors. The ground floor has bright tiles. The living room has 2 leather sofas, a coffee table and a wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a stove, refrigerator / freezer, sink, kettle and small dining table. The luxurious bathroom has a large shower with glass doors and a sink. There is a separate toilet. The 1st floor has laminated flooring. There are 2 bedrooms - one furnished with a double bed, the other with sleeping sofas. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the lake. At the bottom of the house there is a large storeroom where bicycles and surfboards can be safely kept. There is also outdoor furniture, a beach umbrella and a barbecue available for your use.Accommodations is available only on request until August 8. SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

This wooded, peaceful environment is ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers and bird-watchers. You can relax on your own private beach at the lake. For water sports fans this is an ideal place. In the vicinity there is a horse ranch with restaurant. The small town of Czersk has a shopping center (7 km away). The Baltic coast is about an hour away. You can also visit the well-known cities of Gdansk, Gdynia (marina) and Sopot (seaside). The famous castle of Malbork is also well worth a visit.
