DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

The villa has 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has a terrace and direct access to the pool. The two bathrooms with shower and bidet are adjacent to the bedrooms. There is an additional guest toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge with freezing compartment. There are 4 different places to eat; the barbecue area has a nice bench in Portuguese style and there is an extra large terrace in southern style (3x6 m).

From the pool and terraces, marvelous view to the sea. From the roof terrace of Casa Perola you have fantastic views over the hills to the sea. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets at the end of a nice day, or let your gaze wander over the beautiful Mediterranean rock garden with subtropical plants and atmospheric night lighting that will surely make you dream away.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Casa Perola is located just 500 meters from the center of Carvoeiro. In the neighboring complex Quinta do Paraiso (at ca 150 m) daily activities for children are organized during the season. There are also several restaurants and a mini-supermarket.
The Monte Carvoeiro complex (at ca 100 m) offers an international cuisine with ca 10 restaurants to choose from.

The Carvoeiro Tennis Club with 10 tennis courts, tennis teachers and a fitnessclub lies at walking distance, likewise the tennis courts at the Quinta do Paraiso.
At about 200 meters from the house starts a walking trail near the cliffs of the Atlantic Coast. Several challenging golf courses within easy reach of the house.

Many water sports in the immediate vicinity.

PRICES AND PERIODS

Prices per week (in Euro) include the following benefits and services:
1 week accommodation for up to 6 people, including maid service (on bank holidays, the maid will not be present) as well as bed linen, towels (except beach towels), hot and cold water and electricity.
Also included are the final cleaning, use of wireless Internet and use of the phone.
There is a satellite TV available with international channels, a DVD recorder and a stereo CD/radio/cassette recorder. For your safety, the villa is equipped with a safe to put in your valuables.

When using the air conditioning, an additional amount of 105,00 Euros will be charged.
The laundry can be washed by the maid at a cost of 3,00 Euros.

The villa is available throughout the year. It is equipped with floor heating, fireplace and air conditioning, designed to also enjoy a comfortable stay during winter.
