DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Luxurious apartment, also finished in 2004 (area ca. 60 sqm) situated on the ground floor of small Apartment house (6 parties) and has a nice garden terrace, leading directly to the communal pool. Centrally situated in top part of Ferragudo. Good playing possibilities for children. At the back is a nice garden terrace with joint pool and sun beds. The main square in Ferragudo is about 300 metres away. To the beach of "Praia Grande" you will need no more than 10 minutes on foot. SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Ferragudo is a picturesque fishing village, still very original but centrally centered in the Algarve, it has beautifull beaches and nice rock formations. On the other side of the river you have Portimão with its Marina, shopping centres and the famous Praia da Rocha for night life.
About 5 Km are several famous Golf courses, like in Carvoeiro, in the year 2005 hosting the World champignonship. Faro airport is less then an hour drive.
In the area you will virtually any type of activities, like sport and entertainment.
