DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
Luxury Villa near Nerja.
Cosy semi detached BUNGALOW in a quiet residential area of Torrox Park with a large private roof terrace with lovely views of the surroundings and the sea. This superb 2 BEDROOM villa is situated on a private garden style development surrounded by well kept lawned areas and FREE PARKING!
Situated only 2000 meters from the promenade and sandy beach of Torrox-Costa and close to all amenities with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.
The facilities at Torrox Park include a large SWIMMING POOL just 40 metres from our villa. Within a few minutes walk there are a bar, and snack bar serving English food, an a'la carte Spanish restaurant, an excellent and great value Italian restaurant, Supermarket, Tennis Courts, Games Area, Laundry, and Internet Café, Carhire, Bus stop and Taxi rank.
This bungalow is only 50 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, only a couple of minutes drive from the lovely resort of Nerja and under 2 hours from either Granada Airport or Almeria Airport. The journey from the airport to our Villa is very easy!
Our very spacious well equipped Villa has a private walled front garden, with pathway leading to the entrance door and an elegant archway opening on to the dining area. The LOUNGE DINNER is very well furnished and has a fireplace and air/con. There is also a Radio, CD player and a Satellite TV.
The separate KITCHEN is fully equipped with modern appliances including a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and ample cupboards and work surface
The Villa has one BATHROOM and two large BEDROOMS, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and have wardrobes and cupboards
From the lounge there are patio doors leading to the covered TERRACE wide communal gardens. It's South facing position offers sun all day and shade depending on season and time of day. The large private ROOF TERRACE with lovely views of the surroundings and the sea can be used for dining and relaxing. Garden furniture is available.
The Villa is just 40 Metres from the excellent Swimming Pool (April until the end of October).
Internet on request: Pay as you Go Wireless broadband. Up to 6 Mbps download speeds, unlimited data tariffs and Skype compatible. Low cost daily tariffs !

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
Torrox is a village of deep-routed traditions and offers the charm and glamour of the typical white Andalusian villages. You will find very beautiful and well-kept beaches with a total length of nine Km, monuments, artwork and even settlements of Prehistory. Torrox is known to have the best climate in Europe.
This area has Europe's only micro climate of spring like weather during the winter months due to its position on the coast and protection gained from its proximity to the Sierra Nevada mountain range. It's one of only a few places in the world that you can ski in the morning with sea views and be back on the beach sun bathing in the afternoon. Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada mountains between November and April which are about 1.5 hours drive
.
There are numerous activities available locally including golf (within 35km two 18-holes GOLF courses!), horse riding, water sports, mountain biking, hiking, a water park, and the world famous caves at Nerja. In the summer there are classical music and opera performances deep underground. A little further a field are the famous Spanish towns of Granada, Ronda, Sevilla, Cordoba and Gibraltar or head back to the old city of Malaga with its pavement cafes in old town squares and visit the Picasso Museum.

PRICES AND PERIODS
Electricity, water and service (receipt by the administrator, key transfer, emergency) during the summer included in the price, as well as linen, towels and final cleaning: ALL IN COST ! Up to 4 people. Take own beach towels. From November to Mid Season you'll find an energy surplus: 15.- € per week.
The cost per additional day is 1 / 7 of the weekly price.
Deposit: € 200.
The rental period begins on the day of arrival from 16. 00 hours and ends on the day of departure by 10. 00 hours. Basically rent only per week, from Saturday to Saturday. In consultation with the landlord may be possible with arrival and departure dates and times can be placed.Change over day is Saturday in high season and flexible at other times. Please email for short durations and 10/11 nights offers. Payment is only accepted by bank transfer.
