DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

The bright and comfortable living room with its open kitchen is ideal for four to five guests .
Two bedrooms ; a master bedroom with king size bed and a smaller bedroom in the front with views to garden and seafront with double bed and additional single bed available too.
There is a bathroom with full bathtub and shower and WC. The fully equipped kitchen with sea views contains everything, the guest need.

A nice terrace overlooking the well maintained Mediterranean garden, with sitting for 4 to 5 guests for nice evening sunsets or early breakfast with amazing sea views.

Sitges, the vibrant town just 35km south of Barcelona, enjoys a unique micro-climate due to its location between the hills and the sea. With over 300 days of sunshine, Sitges experiences typically Mediterranean weather, with hot humid summers, pleasant spring and autumn months, and mild winters with excellent conditions for both sight-seeing and shopping.

Sitges is a famous cosmopolitan Spanish resort scenically set on a headland at the north end of the Costa Dorada, 25 miles south of Barcelona. Sitges holidays became fashionable in the early 1900's and have left a legacy of charming elegant mansions and villas. In the 1960's Sitges holidays took on a bohemian atmosphere entirely at odds with Franco's Spain, and Sitges holidays still retain an arty trendy laid-back atmosphere to this day.
