DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Villa Amaril is an affordable 5* luxury Villa at the Costa Blanca, suitable for 6 people maximally. The luxury furnished villa was built in 2004, has all required facilities and has a marvelous view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Marina Alta. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has 2 single box spring beds, air conditioning and a balcony. One bathroom has a toilet and shower, the other one has a toilet, shower and bath. The living room has a large sitting area, a satellite TV with Dutch channels and a DVD player. There is a luxury sleeping couch (for 2 people) as well, a dining area for 6 people and a separate desk with Internet PC (extra charge). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, American fridge/freezer with ice cubes, oven and induction hob. The villa has a spacious terrace around the private pool. The garden has a barbecue, 4 sun beds and garden furniture for 6 people. You can use the tennis and golf court of the residence. The villa is located in a peaceful setting at a dead-end road in the luxury residence La Sella and offers a lot of privacy. As well from the house as from the terrace you have a marvelous view of the Mediterranean Sea, the golf court, the Marina Alta and the mountains Montgo and Segaria. Air conditioning, under floor heating and the use of towels and bed linen are included in the price.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The urbanisation La Selle (the Saddle) offers amongst others, 2 restaurants, 8 tennis courts (at a charge), a supermarket and a chemist. Excellent food (also take out) at the Café-Restaurant next to the tennis court. Highly recommended is the restaurant La Sella, which is located above. There are 9 golf courts in the direct neighborhood. Beach and sea are located at a 6km distance from the villa. There are several beaches such as Bona Platja, Marinas and the Arena (with several restaurants). Apart from enjoying the sun, there are plenty of possibilities for walking, such as the nice walking tours on the Montgo and the Bernia. Denia is close by and has 2 marinas where you can rent a boot (navigation license required) and a lovely sandy beach 'Las Marinas'.
