DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Newly built holiday rental (June 2010)
Located in a secured/fenced holiday estate, private parking near the apartment (semi-detached).

The apartment is on the ground floor, near the beautiful overflow pool.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room, all electric appliances are at your disposal (TV, Stereo, DVD, air conditioning, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer ...).
The living room has a large L-shaped sofa (convertible into a large double bed) and a large dining table for 6. Cot also provided.
There are spacious cupboards throughout the house. Bath and bed linen are provided! Bathroom with twin basins, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower.

Spacious south facing terrace (20 m²) with awning. The terrace is secluded, has direct access to the garden & pool and is accommodated with loungers + a table for 6.

This private residence is very quietly located, yet close to shops, restaurants and the Playa Flamenca beach.
Location : Private residence EL BOSQUE, Calle Santa Rita, Urban.Alameda Del Mar, Orihuele Costa (isn't yet on GPS because this is a new urbanisation). The owners are belgians.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The holiday estate is located 5 km from the bustling Torrevieja.
Nearest airport = Murcia; also easily accessible via Alicante.
There are several supermarkets, restaurants and bars within close walking distance from the residence.
The Playa Flamenca beach lies approximately 500m from the accommodation.
There are several beaches at walking distance, all within easy reach!
Also wonderful walks alongside the beaches!
The Campoamor Golf Club is situated close to the residence.
Torrevieja, Murcia, Alicante are certainly worth a visit.
