SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The villa is about 500m away from the village DAYA VIEJA and is set in between private orange trees on an extensive flat valley.
The villa has large terraces of +/- 400m2 (covered and uncovered), round the large private swimming pool as well.
The property is entirely fenced with a large roller gate in front of the house. Privacy guaranteed.
The villa is newly built and has all required facilities as we are used at home.
From the upper terraces you can look over the orange trees and in the evening you have a nice view of the lights in the distance coming from the houses at Benijofar, Rojales and San Fulgencio. Or have a look in the distance at the castle of the singer of Simply Red.
Across the villa lives a Spanish farmer, growing artichokes and broccoli.
Plenty of walking and cycling possibilities in the neighborhood.
The village Rojales, a few kilometers away from the villa, has a golf course.
Only half an hour drive from the Alicante airport.
