DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This nice, spacious and fully restored Holiday Home (2008), Terrace and Swimming pool (2012) offers all desired comfort and luxury.
It is located in a small and quiet private marina with pretty view of the boats, at 450m of the large sandy beach and within walking distance of the charming marina.
The 2 story house offers accommodation to 7 people.
At the first floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: very spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and new mattresses (90x200). There is plenty of cupboard space and an en suite bathroom with shower cabinet, vanity unit, toilet and design radiator. A small balcony with view of the marina adjoins the bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds as well with new mattresses (90x200) and plenty of cupboard space.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160x200) and 1 single bed (90x200).
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a separate bathroom with shower/bath-tub, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
The living area is on the ground floor. The large and modern, open kitchen has a 4 burner gas cooking range, cooking hood, microwave oven, fridge/freeze combination, dishwasher, double sink, coffee maker, water cooker, lemon squeezer and toaster. The kitchen has all required kitchenware to prepare all kinds of meals.
The cosy living room has a sitting and dining area and is accommodated with first class furniture, a couch, 2 large armchairs and a dining room with chairs. Satellite TV and WIFI internet are at your disposal.
The French doors in the living room give access to the sunny outdoor terrace (south/east oriented) with small, private pool (2x4m) and modern garden furniture: large garden table with chairs, loungers and large sunshade.
Renting a mooring, at request, is possible.
At the front of the house is a parking area, within the secluded estate.
A washing machine, drying frame and bicycles are at your disposal in the garage.
The entire house has tiled floor, roller shutters and fencing. Air-conditioning and central heating provide cooling or heat according to your requirements.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided during your stay, free of charge.

Environment and Culture
Explore nature and culture in the direct neighborhood, such as the nature reserve Parc Aiguamolls de L'Empordà, the Empuries ruins, the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres and his house of birth in Cadaquès. The nature reserve Cap de Creus, Montjoi Beach, Banyoles Lake, the volcano area in Olot, the pre-Romanesque monastery of Sant Père de Rodes, the Albera nature reserve, Islas Medas, enz.
Every Saturday morning there is a weekly market on the beach.
The city of Rosas at 3km, Peralada Golf Club and Casino at 15km, Girona (airport) at 50km and Barcelona (airport) at 150km.

PRICES AND PERIODS
The house can be rented during the summer months of June, July, August and September.
Upon arrival you will find a fresh snack in the fridge to quench your thirst. The beds are ready-made for you.
You have access to the house as from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure the house needs to be left a 10 a.m.
A mooring (10x3m) can be rented at 100 euro/week (at request).
Included in the rental price: holiday rental, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, electricity (+ air-conditioning), gas, water, use of bicycles, WIFI internet and cleaning of the pool 2/week.
Possibility to rent a cot, sheets and a high chair (at request).
Final cleaning is €125.
Security deposit: €300.
For your return trip we provide an "on the road package".
