DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
Discover everything that Mas Pinell has to offer. This is a quiet urbanisation on the seaside between the towns Pals and Estartit. It has an extensive beach with a view to the Medes islands which is not crowded, even in summer.
Located in a private residential area Mas Pinell, and just 80 metres from the beach, you will find The Mas Pinell TER apartments, which are surrounded by protected natural park-lands.The Mas Pinell Ter is an apartment with capacity for 2-4 persons and it is fully equipped with all the facilities that you and your family members need for a quiet and pleasant stay.
Among the facilities that you can enjoy at Apartment Ter are: a lounge and kitchen with television, one room with two beds, one room with bunk bed (two beds), bathroom with shower and balcony.
The complex has a bar restaurant, a communal swimming Pool, garden and parking. There is Internet connection in the cybercafe and there is a washing machine at the communal service. During the summer months (15 June - 15 September) the urbanisation offers facilities as a supermarket, bar/restaurant with pool and a beach bar. During the rest of the year, Mas Pinell is a place to seek peace and quiet, whilst still being close to all the amenities of the area.
The Costa Brava has been one of the leading regions in terms of tourism for more than a 100 years. The coast of Girona is known for its natural beauty, but also for the high quality of the cultural offers as well as the accommodations, without losing its authentic charm.
Here you will find beaches and coves with crystal clear water, traditional and avant-garde cuisine, medieval villages, nature parks, trails and roads, pitch & putt and golf, water sports, marinas, marine sanctuaries (Islas Medes), beautiful places to dive.. In short, a range of activities for all tastes.
The urbanisation Mas Pinell lies along the beach between Estartit and Pals. It is a quiet ubansation, especially well suited for families with children. During the summer months it has a supermarket and a bar/restaurant with Internet access. The beach is at 80-300 meters from the houses, depending on which house you have chosen for your holidays.

Bed linen is provided by the lessor. Towels are not included (6€ p.p.).
In high season, arrivals and departures of the apartments is on Saturdays.
The lessee pays a damage deposit of €100 along with the second payment of the rent at arrival.
