JARDIN TROPICAL- L'AMETLLA DE MAR - CALAFAT - SPAIN COSTA DORADA (6/8 persons)

Typical detached Catalan Villa with private pool, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 outside shower room. Luxuriously equipped in own well enclosed private tropical garden (700m) close to the sea. It is located in a residential area.

Villa at L' Ametlla de mar in the urbanisation of Calafat. On only 450 meters away of one of the fine sand tears.

The villa has been located in an private well enclosed tropical garden of 700m.
In the villa costs still effort have been saved. Just to give you maximum comfort during your stay.

Classification
The living room has two different ceiling levels and has a dining and a sitting room. Digital satellite TV, video, DVD and CD music centre. Two double garden doors, which from one of them give an entrance to the covered terrace and the second one give access to the behind terrace with view at the swimming pool. A well equipped kitchen with cooker on gas, fridge-freezer, Microwave combi oven, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, orange juice press, etc. complete crockery and cutlery sets glasses and table accessories are abundantly present. Central corridor; here are the bedrooms and the bathroom. Two bedrooms which each has 2 single beds (90x2.00m). The third bedroom is broken away from the living by a curtain and has a sofa bed (1.60x2.00m). The outside shower room is also equipped with hot water. In the living room a sleeping coach for two persons (1.60x2.00m). Continental quilt and pillows are present. In this villa you also have a hair dryer. There is a separate space where the washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board stand.

Around the villa terraces have been moored in nature stone. The swimming pool 7x3,5M has been taken. The swimming pool has been preserved with mosaic flags. Adjacent to the terraces (more than 250m) flower barges have been filled with tropical plants and palm trees. The villa is well equipped with teak garden furniture sun launchers and pillows. This to increase your comfort.

In this villa is a cot and baby chair. The secluded villa has been protected with iron grills and wooden shutters for all windows and doors. The garden has been enclosured entirely and there is no vis-à-vis this increases your comfort. There is park place for 2 cars. There is also a barbecue.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

L'Ametlla de Mar, a typical and picturesque fishing village with a unique coastline. Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea with its crystalline water, pine trees reaching the sea and an excellent cuisine thanks the fish caught by l'Ametlla's own fishing fleet. L'Ametlla de Mar has a 14 km long coastline which is formed of wonderful cliffs where you can discover, little by little bays of incredibly crystalline, blue water surrounded by rocks and pine trees, bays with fine, white sand like Cala del Trevol, Calafat, Sant Jordi, Others with pebble beaches such as the Xelin etc. Llenya or the natural harbour of L'Estany. Secluded places on this Baix Ebre coast where you will be able to find peace and quiet without crowds. It is located on 135km from Barcelona airport and 30km from Reus airport. It also has a good connection by train and car, (exit 39 highway A-7). The tropical environment, exotic atmosphere, Provencal aromatic smells of the herbs of thyme, rosemary, lavender and pine trees, you can see and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, enjoy this microclimate and the crystal-clear sky here in Catatonia. These are some of the enjoys which turn around your holiday, feeling you are in Paradise. In the Atmosphere of full nature on only 6km from the village are located the residential urbanisation Calafat with its own modern marina and club, Marina Sant Jordi, Sant Jordi d'Alfama, Les Tres Cales und Rocas Doradas. Their characteristic familial character, atmosphere of rest, infrastructure, recreation facilities, restaurants and limited through traffic make them so unique.
