DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Enjoy the real Spain, within a stone's throw from Costa del Sol! Typical Spanish village house for four persons, with a large roof terrace and stunning views towards the Sierra de las Nieves mountain range. On a quiet street right in the centre of Guaro, a white village in Andalusia. Many possibilities for hiking in the Sierra de las Nieves. By car, the beach and Marbella are only 30 minutes away.

In Casa Sonrisa you can find the following facilities:
- Living room in Andalusian style, with a radio/cd/cassette player and Philips tv with dvd-player and satelite-receiver
- First bedroom with a bed for two persons, large wardrobe and make-up table with mirror.
- Second bedroom with two beds for one person and large wardrobes. Extra folding camping-bed for small children possible.
- Modern kitchen with coffee machine, electric kettle, large combi fridge freezer, ceramic hob with 4 radiant zones, double sink and combi microwave/grill oven. Wide arrangement of crockery and cutlery.
- Luxurious bathroom with full-size bath, bidet, toilet and washbasin with mirror and hot water.
- Study with pc, including a fast internet connection.
- Roof terrace with furniture and full panoramic view over the green valley.
- Ample cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner and washing machine.
- Three electrical radiators and a stove for in winter.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Casa Sonrisa is in the centre of Guaro, a village with just over 2,000 inhabitants. Guaro is situated on the outskirts of the Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve. This is a great place for wandering, hiking and cycling. The region is also famous for its high number of golf courses. Guaro has a (covered) swimming pool and the beach is at circa 25 kilometres (16 miles).

Casa Sonrisa is available all year. The price includes water, electricity, linen, washing machine and the use of the computer with its internet connection. We charge € 25 for cleaning.
