DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Beautiful villa with private pool, set within 1100 m² of land, located in the hills of the white mountain village Competa. You have beautiful views over the hilly valley and the mountains of the nature reserve.

Competa (at 5 km) is a very authentic village situated in the Tajeda mountains where you can enjoy the Andalusian cuisine. The sandy beaches of Torrox Costa are 14 km from the house. Places to visit in the region: Nerja, Malaga, Granada, ... Malaga airport is at 60 km from the villa.

DIVISION OF THE HOUSE: Everything on the ground floor. Living room with seating area by the fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, radio-CD player. Well equipped kitchen (cooking facility, combination microwave/traditional oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker). Three bedrooms, two with a double bed, the other one with twin beds. One bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, the other one with bathtub / shower, washbasin and toilet. Washing machine at your disposal as well.

Outside: Covered terrace with panoramic views over the mountains - BBQ - Private pool 8 x 4 meters with outdoor shower. Enclosed grounds of 1100 m2 - garden with olive and citrus trees.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Possibility to practice several sports in the region. Further information to be found at the local tourist office.

This house is very well suited for people who appreciate PEACE and PRIVACY, HIKERS and NATURE LOVERS, but also CULTURAL TRIPS possible to beautiful (Moorish) cities such as Granada, Malaga, Antequera and even to Ronda, Gibraltar, Seville and Cordoba are possible, thanks to the excellent road network in Andalusia.

Rental to be booked on weekly basis or longer terms.
No rental on yearly basis.
Security deposit: 200 euro
Down payment to confirm reservation: 50%
Water and electricity included.
Not included: cleaning on departure: 70 euro (will be deducted from the security deposit)
House linen and towels available. Pool towels to be brought along.
