DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This apartment, located in the Panorama Park in El Rincon, is only 700 meters from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. El Rincon is about 5 km south of Torrevieja and 45 km south of Alicante on the southern Costa Blanca. The area is characterized by wonderful subtropical gardens, which have been created to conform to the environment and climate. In the gardens there are two teardrop-shaped swimming pools, which are for the common use of the guests. From the pools you have a beautiful view of the sea as the resort is situated slightly higher than the coast. The swimming pools are child-friendly and have a maximum depth of 1.80 meters. They are surrounded by a lawn where you can sunbath on wonderful towels or couches. From November, one of the three swimming pools is heated. The park has a very relaxed atmosphere. Throughout the year there is plenty to do here. You'll find cozy terraces, a variety of shops and supermarkets, restaurants, small bars, ATMs and a bakery. Furthermore, everything is within walking distance.

This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is suitable for 4 persons. There are two bathrooms with floor heating, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower. The apartment has two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. From the living room you can access the balcony (15 m²) via sliding doors. From here you have a wonderful view of the swimming pools and subtropical park. The living room has a sitting area and an air-conditioner. The kitchen is fully-equipped with most modern conveniences. The apartment has TV, DVD, internet, readio/CD player. Regular Dutch, French and German channels available.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The surrounding area has a quiet charisma, yet still provides plenty of activity. At Punta Prima there are two beaches and several restaurants, each no more than 10 minutes away on foot. The largest beach, as well as the Punta Prima Restaurant, are within easy reach. The Terrace Restaurant offers a wonderful view of the sea and there is always a cool breeze blowing here. The restaurant has a varied menu with both Spanish and Northern European cuisine. On the small square of the restaurant, and on the small boulevard, there are always lots of pedestrians. When you walk down the stairs from the small boulevard, you come to the Punta Prima beach. Here, in addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can enjoy tapas, snacks and drinks. If you leave the apartment to the left, you will come to a small beach about 100 meters long, surrounded by rocks. Here you can snorkel. The Nautilus Restaurant has a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. 5 minutes walk away, you can buy fresh baguettes (still warm) every morning. If you would like to take an excursion, then visit the Friday market of Torrevieja or spend a day at Centro Commercial (where there is also a bowling alley, a mini-Kermis, cinema and casino). In the surroundings you will find sufficient opportunities for water sports, go-cart riding, horseback riding, golf or going out.
