The Atico Chayofa penthouse is located in the La Finca complex which is part of the Aguilas del Teide, one of the best residential areas in South Tenerife. The complex is located in the district of Arona just 5 minutes from the popular resorts of Playa Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Aguilas del Teide is newly built and is mainly composed of villas and well-kept gardens and parks. There is a tennis court, mini-market and several restaurants here as well. La Finca is comprised of rows of 2 or 3-story houses situated around a common area with a pool and garden. The houses are mostly private homes maintained for personal use. Arona extends from the mountains to the coast and is well connected to the rest of the island thanks to its privileged location. It is one of the largest tourist areas in Tenerife, with beautiful beaches and bays. It has one of the best climates in the world - approx. 22 degrees all year round – the land of "eternal spring". There are plenty of restaurants, discos, theme parks, boat excursions to spot whales and dolphins and water sports (surfing, kite surfing, water-skiing, pedal boats, sailing and diving). Playa de los Cristianos has a fishing port with a ferry to the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma. In town you can sample the many fish and other seafood. In this area you can enjoy a cosmopolitan atmosphere along with several cultural events. The marina also offers numerous opportunities for water sports. About a 10 minute drive to the north lies the fishing village of Las Galletas. It has a long tradition of fishing and beautiful beaches of black sand. From Playa de las Galletas you can also visit the Costa del Silencio, known for its large ocean pool. You can also enjoy a nice walk along the coast. The area around the penthouse has good bus connections. Car rental is not a must, but is recommended! All in all, the perfect location to explore the island: walking, riding or paragliding, the coast and the mountains ...

This is a very cozy and bright apartment thanks to the large windows in the living room and bedrooms. The decoration and bamboo style furniture forms a nice contrast to the white walls and gives the apartment a great summer feeling. This modern penthouse (72 m2) is located on the second floor and has 2 spacious bedrooms (one furnished with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds). In one of the bedrooms there is a safe. The dining room is equipped with a satellite TV. The American-style kitchen (with bar) is fully-equipped including an oven, fridge-freezer, coffeemaker, toaster and washing machine. There is also a nice bathroom with a tub and bidet. The beautiful terrace overlooks the sea and mountains. The Finca residence has a common area consisting of a pool and a splash pool with sun beds and umbrellas.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Of the seven Canary Islands, Tenerife is the largest, the most tropical, and is thought to be the most beautiful by many people. The exuberant colors of the hundreds of flowers and the dark lava beaches: an island of contrasts. Infinitely long walks, relaxing on the beach and among a beautiful nature. Tenerife is situated in the Atlantic Ocean and offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Here you can find the highest mountain in Spain: the almost 4000 meters high volcano, El Teide. This mountain actually splits the island in two. The northern part of Tenerife is green and fertile and rains quite regularly. The southern part of Tenerife, where the resorts of Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje are located, is dry and very sunny. Here, even in winter you can still enjoy the beach. The perfect environment for a wonderful holiday! Tenerife is a world in itself - picking bananas, throwing snowballs, mountain climbing, swimming and sports: it's all possible. The coastline is as varied as the interior, gold, black or gray sand, quiet beaches and rugged cliffs. Take your sturdy walking shoes and go to the north where the landscape is in fact a large garden. Plenty of palm trees, cactii, citrus trees and banana plantations. Shopping, relaxing in the cozy towns of Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz... In the southern half of Tenerife you will find the famous resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos with its beautiful sandy beaches and a continuous row of shops, restaurants and cafes.
