DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This two-under-one-roof bungalow is situated in the idyllic "Bizimköy" holiday park, on the Aegean coast. The natural surroundings and views are magnificent! The park is child-friendly and children can play safely within the car-free area. There is a small garden with some plants and trees such as pomegranates and peach trees. Around the house there is a partially covered veranda with a table and 4 chairs. The common pool is in use from June 20th to August 30th and is free for residents. For those arriving by car (or with a rented car): there is a parking lot at the house. Shops and markets are within walking distance. The distance to the beach is 3 km, to a large supermarket it is about 2 km and to the center of Kusadasi is 5 km. There is a public transport station just 800 meters away. The park has a manager who is present 24 hours a day.

Downstairs you will find a living room with an open kitchen plus a toilet. In the living room there is a sofa for 3. The accommodation has a front and back porch. The open kitchen has a large fridge, 4-burner stove, microwave and coffee maker. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed and dresser and has a closet. The second has a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and provides access to the balcony. The bathroom upstairs has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. One of the bedrooms has air-conditioning. The water is heated by way of solar energy and an electric heater. For the ultimate holiday experience: upon request, the wife of the interim administrator can clean the entire house (fee). A nice accommodation for 5 persons.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
This holiday park provides the ideal setting for a peaceful holiday, while the pool offers pleasant refreshment. Outside the park there is plenty to see and do including the sun, sea and beaches of the Aegean Sea. In the summer it is pleasantly warm but with relatively low humidity (± 28 ⁰ C air, water ± 22 ⁰ C). In the early and late season, sunbathers are attracted to this area. Winter offers a mild climate (± 14 ⁰ C air, water ± 16 ⁰ C). From the park you can easily reach the center of Kusadasi (± 5 km) where you can take a lovely stroll on the boulevard with its cafes and palms and the Aegean Sea in the background. Here you can find day and evening entertainment if you want. Marvel at the splendor of the luxurious cruise ships that moor near the center. It is not for nothing that Kusadasi is one of the most visited cruise ship ports in the Mediterranean Sea - wonderful nightlife and inexpensive shopping! But there's more. In Kusadasi alone you’ll find two top aqua parks – perfect for both young and old. If you are looking for culture, visit the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus. This archaeological site is just 17 km from Kusadasi. 20 km south of Kusadasi lies the largest national park in Turkey. Turkey also has beaches like in a fairy tale, with pebbles and sand, plus a beautiful unspoiled nature with mountain peaks of up to 1200 meters, not to mention an indescribably beautiful flora and fauna. This, combined with beautiful fields of fig, peach and olive trees makes it a paradise for hikers. Kusadasi also offers many organized trips/programs. Just a few examples: excursions to the excavations of Ephesus or the white chalk cliffs of Pamukkale; "Turkish Night" in the old fort in the town center; a jeep safari; cruises, swimming, barbecuing and drinking. Or how about a day on the Greek Island of Samos. At home, in the quiet park, you can get tips on these and much more. See and discover the fascinating and varied Turkey!
