DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This secluded stone cottage is 'chalet style' with an openplan kitchen/living area, overlooked by a gallery with twin bedroom and single bed on gallery.
Double bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
Cottage has own walled garden. We are a working farm, and guests have access to adjoining land and walks, as well as table tennis in barn.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The farm is situated in an isolated valley 2 km from the main road. You can walk or mountain-bike directly from here on various routes. The beach (Ynyslas) is 7 km away where kite-surfing and paragliding are popular.
Tennis and golf facilities are in Aberystwyth. Horse-riding can be arranged.
A major bird reserve is walkable from here (RSPB Ynyshir)
