1 Holiday home with two floors (duplex); 4 bedrooms, 2 balconies, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one with bubble bath).
2 Apartments on the 1st and the 2nd floor, each having 2 bedrooms, living room/kitchen and bathroom. All accommodations can be combined and sleep up to 16 people.

This newly built house of the family Boric is located at 20m from the sea and 30m from the beach, at the Nortwestern part of the Podgora harbour. Excellent for holiday makers who are looking for a comfortable accommodation.

Here you can enjoy one of the nicest panoramic views of the region. In the evening, you can leave the bustle of the beach behind and prepare for a night out in your air-conditioned accommodation or just enjoy the sunset at your own balcony.
The house is spacious, has quality furniture and is tastefully decorated with an eye for detail.
The family puts their summer home in the mountains at disposal for barbeque parties (above the city, in own olive orchard). There is a roof terrace with panoramic view as well as an oval swimming pool lying under the ancient olive trees.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Podgora lies 9km Southwards from Makarska and together with Tucepi, it has one of the cleanest beaches from Dalmatia, if not the entire Adriatic coast. The inhabitants have successfully focused on tourism and also built holiday houses that can meet with the highest standards.

From Podgora, several daytrips are possible by car or by boat. Plenty of water sport facilities in the neighbourhood at a reasonably price. The beach promenades have several shops and bars where you can buy soft drinks.
People from all over the world spent their holiday here, some people have even become "regulars" and have come to Podgora for years now. Especially spring and autumn are excellent to enjoy the climate and the Adriatic coast.

Having the Biokova mountains in the back - characterised by Mediterranean vegetation - Podgora is very difficult to be equalled by other seaside resorts.
