DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Villa La Madrugada is a spacious villa with 4 separate luxurious apartments, 3 of which for rental purpose, with each their own entrance. The villa is situated in the lush and green area of Elviria which lies 10 kms. east from the centre of Marbella yet a mere 800 metres to shops and sea and the blue flag beach of Elviria. The villa enjoys views of the sea. On a clear day you can see Gibraltar and the African coastline.

The apartments are fully decorated, satellite TV, CD-player/radio, washingmachine and airconditioning. Fully fitted kitchens with ceramic plates, cool/freeze combination, microwave, (apartment I + II also have a dishwasher) coffeemachine, watercooker, juicemaker, toaster. Bathroom with bath, bidet and toilet, with each a private terrace facing south.

There is a closed parking lot.

The swimming pool, the sunbeds and garden can be used.

Upon demand there is a babychair and babycot available and some toys.

At your arrival you will find some things for welcoming, in order you do not have to go to the supermarket at once. Also we offer you a free introduction ride where we can show you whereto find the restaurants, shops, beach etc.. The possibility exist that we take you into the mountains to have a view at the nature behind the coast.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The distance to the airport of Malaga is 35 km (a 30 minutes drive).

The villa is to be found 800 m./4 min. by car) from the shopping mall and 4 minutes from Santa Maria Golf Club. Within 30 min. drive you can find 15 other golfcourses.

Did you know that Elviria has the most beautiful sandy beach on the Costa del Sol'

There are lots of sport facilities, such as golf, tennis, sailing, horseriding and walking. Within 30 min. drive you can find another 15 golfcourses. Restaurants are excellent and numerous.

There are daily flights to Malaga and we suggest that you hire a car directly at Malaga airport.

PRICES AND PERIODS

Cleaningcosts (Obligatory) €60 at the end of the stay. Extra cleaning is possible against payment.

Guarantee fee: € 200, to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be paid back after having received the keys.
