DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

At the heart of the Warmian land, merely 17 kilometres from Olsztyn - the capital of the region of Warmia and Mazury, in the village of Woryty, there is a magic place which meets the needs and expectations of those who appreciate peace and harmony and those who wish to spend their time in an active way.

A recreational complex referred to as the Warmian Residence is being constructed on 62 hectares of land located in a pine forest which surrounds the Gilwa Lake. 32 cottages are being rented at this moment. Ground floor : comfortable saloon with sofa, fireplace, large terrace, satellite television; completely equiped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffeemaker; bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin with hairdryer; room with bunk beds. Floor : 2 rooms (1 always with double bed and balcony, the other with double bed or two single beds, according to preference); additional toilet with washbasin. Usable space of
111 square meter, of which a terrace and balcony of together 16 square meter.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

The recreational complex has the following facilities :

- outdoor swimming pool (from 1 June 2007)
- a tennis court
- a volleyball field - a petanque field - boat, canoe, bicycle and badminton, tennis, petanque, volleyball equipment rental
- a cafeteria and a shop which supplies the essential products
- barbecue - a special bower with a grate (6 grills) for the guests to make use of - fishponds and horseriding within 5 km; golf at 15 km
