This comfortable Kempense Lakes villa is surrounded by a fragrant pine forest and the gently rippling waters of Raw Lake. It is nestled among a lush green area and is an idyllic oasis of tranquility with all the luxury and comforts of a modern facility. As with all our parks, we offer you quality at the best affordable price. All the villas are technically well-equipped and spotlessly clean. You and your children will feel at home here and can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The younger ones can spend their days in the Aquafun, a subtropical swimming pool with an indoor pool, a wave pool, a Hydro Tube, a children's paddling pool, an outdoor pool, jet streams, Jacuzzis and a slide. At Kempense Lakes you can relax, or go cycling or walking in the beautiful environment! The countryside of Kempen offers you everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Stroll through the vast heath plains with their yellow sand dunes and hidden moors, where plants and animals have been left unmolested in their natural habitat. Or listen to the rustling of the reeds along the banks of the lake. Let yourself be enchanted by the thousands of scents and colors this piece of untouched nature has to offer!

Starting with the 23th of Augustus we opened the new Kids Wold playground. This new 100 m2 is located in the Sport Center of this park. In this mega indoor playground your children will enjoy sliding and climbing.
The playground contains various safety play areas for all ages. The access to Kids World is free!

This villa can accommodate up to 4 persons. The total (residential) area is about 60 m², spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a kitchen, a living room and a terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms each furnished with two single beds. The comfortable villa has a microwave, outdoor terrace with barbecue and picnic table, a fireplace, a TV with SCART connections for DVD player and Playstation / X-box, a high chair and a crib. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a stove (4-hobs) and all the necessary dinnerware for the number of guests. The bathroom has a bathtub (with shower) and a sink. Through the open doors in the living room you step onto the terrace in the garden complete with outdoor furniture.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

<br>Kempense Lakes is located in the province of Antwerp. This area is characterized by a green, flat landscape with more than 250 km of marked trails and 300 km of cycling paths. There are a variety of outdoor activities possible here. For example, how about a walk through the purple heather or an ancient forest? You can also explore this wonderful environment by bicycle along the photogenic channels or ride a horse or even travel on a cart pulled by a horse. For water lovers there is plenty to choose from: canoeing on the purest waters of Flanders or spend a sunny afternoon at the beach or dive into the stunning underwater world. There are also a number of tourist attractions you should not miss: the Premonstratensian Postel Abbey where you can enjoy a beer on the terrace, the educational ecocentrum, the Jakob-Smit Museum, the Historical Museum of Mol and the lively open-air museum at Bokrijk. For the youth there is the Bobbeljanland theme park. In short, De Kempen has exuberant greenery, numerous outdoor activities, plenty of tourist attractions, and is an oasis of tranquility in a setting of meadows, forests, canals, rivers, mills and abbeys.
