DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
Very quiet lain house, find between the fields and bunches of the Ardennen. Perfectly for two families (4 adults and 4 children). The house lies approximately 27 km from Bouillon and 19 km of all S/Semois. There is a cross-country langlaufpiste and numerous walking and bicycle routes in the neighbourhood.
We let the holiday periods per week (sat-sat): 300 euro. Outside the holidays by midweek (mond-frid) 250 euro and by weekend (frid-mond) 150 euro. An extra day costs 25 euro. Guarantee: 50 €. Obligatory cleaning : 25 €.
Energy contribution: At the cleaning the meter cog will be noted. In the week after your stay you get a mail with the meter cog and the calculation of the costs. This will be deducted of the guarantee.
3 bedchambers: 2 double rooms (with books), 1 chamber with 2 battery beds. child bed present. Open dressing. Bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.
The house is very child pleasant: baby bath, child bed, baby toilet, baby chair, dressing table with kissing, trainer nappy dirt barge, securitie gate at the stairs, breakfast set. On the ground floor you find a separate toilet, open kitchen (with all kitchen unit), living room with 2 large seats and bench seat, table for eight persons.
Dvd, TV (satellite), radio, travelling box with companionship games, bath minus barrel racquets. There is heated with electricity and a wood fire (it wood is for free present). We have a beautiful garden (800 m. ²), with a swing, sand barge, swing bank and enough space sociable organise barbeque (large barbeque available). A carport is moored later.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
There is much space for the children. The garden is surrounded, so that the children are always in the visibility. In the neighbouring fields you can find also a rest, horses, young she-goats, sheep, cows and roe-deers.
There is a barbecue in the garden, perfect for a small party, and there is a swing and a sand barge.
There is a cross-country langlaufpiste on some kilometres distance of the house.
This is a perfect operating base for numerous visits, such as a visit to Boullion, Rochehaut, Bohan, Vresse or walking- bicycles tours in the Valley of the Semois.
You do not have to teek any food with you. 3 kilometers from the house you can find the city Gedinne, with an Ecomarché, Delhaize, doctor, pharmacist,...

PRICES AND PERIODS
De prijzen verschillen naar gelang laagseizoen, tussenseizoen en hoogseizoen. De volledige lijst vindt u op onze site.
schoolvakanties: per week (van zat tot zat): 300 € - 400 €
Buiten schoolvakanties: van ma tot vrij (225 € - 275 €) en van vrij tot ma (150 € - 200 €).
Prijzen op site: laag - midden - hoogseizoen
Wij vragen 150 euro waarborg (in de winter) en 75 € waarborg (zomermaanden), die u na controle zal worden teruggestort. Er is een verplichte eindschoonmaak van 30 euro. Bij de eindschoonmaak zullen de meters (water en electriciteit) genoteerd worden. In de week na uw verblijf krijgt u een mail met de meterstand. Dit bedrag zal van de waarborg afgetrokken worden.
De waarborg wordt teruggestort wanneer wij de sleutel hebben ontvangen.
Extra dagen zijn mogelijk (mits er geen volgende huurder staat genoteerd). De prijs van een extra dag bedraagt 25 euro.
