DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
Grand studio moderne, situé Troonstraat 26 dans la résidence EQUUS, à 1,5 km du centre d'Ostende, près du circuit hypique et du golf Wellington; au pied de la promenade (digue) et de la plage.
Le studio est situé au 8ème étage, 48m² avec grande terrasse sud de 12m². Il y a un nouveau divan-lit en cuir, 2 lits pliants avec matelas, meubles de jardin en teak sur la terrasse, living, salle de bain/douche, toilettes séparées. Les draps sont à ammener soi même. Dans la cuisine il y a un équipement complet tel que percolateur,frigo, four, fourneau de cuisine.... Dans le living : TV couleur
Nous demandons de ne pas fumer dans l'app (mais sur la terrasse).
A partir du 1O/7/2010 il y auront des P.mètres. Si commandé à temps il est possible d'obtenir un emplacement P privé ou un garage au prix de 25€ ou 35€(pour le garage) par semaine.

La garantie est 200€, qui sera remboursée dans la semaine suivante à la location si l'app est quité " propre et non endommagé" comme à l'entrée. Les locations se font du dimanche 14 hrsau dimanche suivant à midi.
A la toussaint, Noël/N an, carnaval et Paques, la semaine est automatiquement complété d'1, 2 ou 3 j (Toussaint, Carnaval) pour le même prix/semaine
