DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

This newly built house, with 2 apartments and 1 studio, is located in the hilly environment of Haspengouw, complete with bicycle route network and surrounded by magnificent nature. For those who like to eat sweets on the sly here you will find red berries, raspberries and blackberries ready for harvesting. Every day the hens lay fresh eggs for the guests. For quiet moments, there is a small library and a variety of board games. Other facilities include: a cellar with a bicycle, a table tennis room, washing machines and dryers, child bed and chair, a gourmet set and a toaster.

This apartment is located on two levels: the ground floor and the 1st floor which overlooks the garden, and is suitable for a maximum of 10 persons. The house is comprised of two 4-person apartments and a 2-person apartment. The entire area is about 130 m2. The apartment is warm and cozy. The living room has a sitting and dining area, TV and radio, a kitchen area with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and bunk bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. There are three bathrooms each with shower, sink and toilet.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Around the apartment there is a large garden offering magnificent views. The garden has a play area which includes swings, a slide and a sandbox. Here the children can play while parents enjoy the furnished flower garden with grill. The children will like the go-karts and bicycles. In autumn and winter the host offers guests free guided tours in Monte-Aken Tongeren, Sint-Truiden and Landen. The landlord also organizes day trips to historical and cultural cities, a fruit grower, trips along the beautiful castles of Haspengouw, as well as the sampling of local products.
