DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
This bungalow is located in the Belgian Ardennes, close to the waterfalls of Coo, Plopsaland, restaurants and cafes. The bungalow is situated in a small park with thirty bungalows and was built on the south side of a mountain which means you have a magnificent view of the Amblevedal. The bungalow has been completely restored and fully-equipped for up to 8 persons. If you are looking for a house in a tranquil natural environment, then this two story bungalow is an excellent choice. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the valley of the Amel. In this region there are lots of activities and attractions for both young and old. Fun walking tours or MTB tours are also possible. Distances from the bungalow: the waterfalls of Coo are 1 kilometer away, Trois Pont (shops, etc) are 1500 meters away, Spa is 12 kilometers, it's 15 kilometers to Malmedey and Vielsalm, Stavelot is 7 kilometers away, Francoshamps is 9 and Luxembourg (the country) is 40 kilometers. When there is snow in winter, there are a lot of opportunities for skiing. There are two ski slopes situated approximately 6 kilometers from the bungalow.
This bungalow is suitable for up to 8 persons and offers plenty of privacy. The total (residential) area of the bungalow is approximately 95m². The layout on the ground floor is as follows: a hall and a cozy living room complete with sitting and dining area, television, radio, CD / DVD player and a wood-burning stove surrounded by cozy seats. Moreover, the bungalow has a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, griddle, cooker with extraction fan, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster and so on. On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms, one furnished with two single beds, the other with a bunk bed. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet and two more bedrooms, one with two single beds the other with a bunk bed. There is a second toilet here as well. Blankets and pillows are provided, linen can be rented. Outside on the spacious and partially covered terrace of 35 m2 garden furniture is available.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
Close to the holiday park lies the Plopsa Coo adventure park. In the vicinity you will also find castles, the abbey of Stavelot, endless hiking trails and so on. The number of activities you can take advantage of in the area is quite large. A sporting, culinary and cultural area, there is always something to see or do that will appeal to you. Not too far away lie the Han caves. These caves are well-known and are certanly worth a visit. You need about 3 hours to get there. Closer to the bungalow are the caves of Hotton and Remouchamps. For daily shopping, there are enough shops in the smaller neighboring towns. An ideal place for shopping is Liege. Namur is also a nice city where you can spend a whole day shopping. For castles, fortresses and forts you're in the right place. Bouillion, Rochefort and La Roche Logne have wonderful ruins. A beautiful castle in the middle of nature is situated in Modave. Citadels can be found in Namur, Huy, Dinant, and the largest in Europe lies on the border with France, in Sedan.
