DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
With the sanctuary of privacy within the resort, retreat from the rest of the world and everyday life! The resort lies very close to an Ian Woosnam designed golf course. Resort facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a gym, free WiFi internet access area, sports and event booking, large gardens, children play area and a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants in and within walking distance of the resort. Bansko is very popular, even in summer, and makes a great starting point for excursions into the mountains and surrounding areas. Located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains near the Pirin National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage site), the city offers a cozy atmosphere.
This new and luxurious apartment is suitable for up to 2 persons. The total (residential) area of the apartment is about 35 square meters. The layout is: a hall; an open kitchen containing a fridge / freezer, electric stove, microwave, washing machine, etc; and a combined living room, dining room and bedroom (which includes a color TV and DVD player with remote, a dining area and 2 single beds). Duvets, pillows and linen are available. The apartment also has a bathroom with a bathtub incorporating a shower plus a sink and toilet. The apartment is heated in the winter by electric heaters while in the summer the temperature is such that air-conditioning is not required. The resort has a large number of facilities, CCTV, 24/7 hour security, parking and lifts.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
Golfing, walking, hiking, horseback riding, trout fishing, thermal baths or just sightseeing. Extreme activities - Mountain biking, rafting, rock climbing and off-the-road ATV riding. Experienced guides available on request. Walking / Hiking - There are a lot of hiking trails which you can follow either by yourselves or using local walking / hiking guides. This area is the gateway to the Pirin Mountain Range which boasts splendid hiking opportunities. Marked tourist trails start from Bansko and Razlog and are dotted with a series of well maintained hiking huts (chalets) which can provide overnight accommodation. The diversity of the area allows for valley trips, forest walks and slight and sharp up and downhill passages. The profuse sun, crystal clear air and magnificent nature are the perfect complements to your spirit liberating, healthy and enjoyable walk. Mountain biking - Whether one is looking for relaxing forest or valley trails, to get away from it all or the adrenalin rush of the technically and physically demanding alpine rides – one will find it all in the area. Bikes can be hired in Bansko and Razlog enabling further exploration of the mountain region. Additionally, a number of local companies run organized mountain bike trips along set routes. These are extremely popular so consider advance booking during the summer season.
