The house is in a quiet surrounding on a 3600 m² site.
Ideal for rambler and nature lover. It is only 200 meters to the forest edge and the path to the new hiking trail, the "Harzer-Hexen-Stieg".

Accoutrement: Living-/Bedroom, double-bed (1,80 x 2,00 m), Satellite-TV, Radio / CD-Player. Completely equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, fridge with icebox, 4-plate cooker with an oven, dishwasher, dining corner with 3-4 chairs. Bathroom with a roomy shower (1 x 1 m), WC, washing machine and towel radiator. Hall and a walk-in wardrobe, as well as a extra bedroom with a double-bed (1,40 x 2,00 m) at the opposite hall side. Living area ca. 58 m². Furthermore a ca. 10 m² big, open roofed Veranda. Canvas chairs and garden use are self-evident.
