DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Built in 1891 from local stone the house is typical French.We divided the house in two large comfortable holiday apartments.A large veranda on the backside on a height is what makes this house unique.The two apartments have access to it and still have there own privacy.Take pleasure in the food,wine and stunning views from the veranda during the day or spend the peaceful summer evenings simply gazing into the stars.Beside the pool (solarheathed) there is a covered summerkitchen with sufficient wooden table and benches.Sunloungers with parasols are provided for the sunlovers.
The gites are very tastfull decorated and comfortable.Open plan lounge and corner kitchen equipped with electric cooker,fridge-freezer,dishwasher,oven-microwave,and all other amenities you would expect to find in a modern kitchen.Two large bedrooms,large bathroom with 2 washbasins and toilet,separate toilet and laundry room.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Situated on a height and surrounded by plum orchards "Petit Paradise" has the most amazing vistas and sunsets.
We are situated in the centre of the Lot and the Dordogne.De regio is famous for his castles and bastide towns with there typical architectuur.Notably fortified hill top villages built during the 100 years war or closeby.There is canoeing at several places along the Lot and the Dordogne rivers.It is also a superb enviromment for horse riding , walking and cycling.There are several golf courses in a radius of +/- 30 km.Tombeboeuf golf is 6km away.
Whether your wish of the perfect holiday is one of peace and tranquility,sunbading beside the swimming pool, are something more adventurous like wine tours , viewing castles or grottos , canoeing , biking , golf playing or hors riding; Charles and Chris ,
your resident hosts are most of the time available to give you some advies.

The gites are available all year.
Prices are for a maximum of 5 persons.All prices are per week , from Saterday 16.00 till the folowing Saterday 10.00.

Prices are inclusive electricity , water and the use of the swimming pool (at your own risk)

Linen changed weekly including sheets , pillowcases , duvets , tea towels are included.
Please bring your own pool towels .

From November till the end of April electricity is not included.
