DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Charming farm house, 300 years old, having a large and entirely private garden (2600m2) with marvelous view. The garden also has a swimming pool (4x8m), a pond and 100m2 of terrace.
The house has a large chimney in the middle with a fire place and cosy seat on one side and a wood stove on the other side, very nice to have a seat as well.
On the ground floor is the kitchen/living room with all necessary equipment. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 with air-conditioning), a small room and a landing.
