DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN
The villa covers 235 m2 of living area with 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, scullery and cellar. Outside there is a raised terrace plus a large covered poolside terrace, complete with barbecue. The villa is suitable for both small and large groups up to 12 people.
Once you've arrived at the villa you will experience an oasis of privacy, peace and friendly atmosphere. Especially the atmosphere and the many possibilities make the villa unique and different from the regular rentals.
Certainly worth to mention are the coolness of the house (with its 80 cm thick walls) and the illuminated swimming pool with approx. 135 cm depth, ideal to just relax or play. The pool is completely enclosed with a 1m high fence. For parents of small children an extra sense of security.
Kitchen: 13.5 m2 and scullery: 5 m2
Rural kitchen with adjacent scullery, both fully equipped: dining table for 4, gas cooker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and pots and pans. Also suitable for larger groups: plates, cutlery, glasses, etc., enough for 12 persons.
Scullery with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave and pantry with (bath) towels, kitchen linen etc. Towels and tea towels are also provided.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
Villa Nagybajom is situated in a centrally located town near Kaposvár (approx. 20 km). The town has a thermal pool, fishing lake with hiking area, hunting area, family doctor, pediatrician, pharmacy, ATM, post office, petrol station, etc.
Restaurants
The nearest pizza restaurant and an ice cream parlor are 500 m away. The next restaurant is at ca.1.500 m. This restaurant is very popular with hunters from far and wide and has an excellent cuisine with Hungarian prices. In Kaposvar you will find any restaurant as we know them, including Mexican, Chinese, pizza, …
In Kaposvár you will also find all familiar things you know from home as well as the local products. The mega supermarket Tesco is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Lidl and McDonalds etc. are here as well.
Pecs, a university town with a lot of Turkish influences is in the south. Kéthely, a tourist town is located south of Lake Balaton. Budapest and Zagreb (Croatia) are approximately 2 hours drive.
Lake Balaton, with its 80 km length is the largest landlocked lake in Central Europe.
