DESCRIPTION & HOUSE PLAN

Podere-Pantano is set within 1 hectare of private land. It has an ancient, originally restored farm and a small cottage. There is a pool which is lit at night.
Altogether, Podere-Pantano has room for 10 people.
The accommodations can also be rent separately.

There is 'Il Tulipano", the apartment on the first floor, excellent for 2 people and accessible via the stairs outside. Downstairs is 'La Capriata' (4-5 people).
The villa is located up against a hill, giving both appartments their own garden and terraces.
Can also be rented together for 7 people. The double doors that separate both apartments are then opened.

The cottage 'I Fichi' (2- 3 people) is excellent for a honeymoon and lies about 70m in front of the villa.

Each rental is luxuriously furnished and all have central heating, satellite TV, Hi-fi, luxury bathrooms, fire place, dish washer and garden furniture. Shared use of the gas barbecue and the lovely garden table, washing machine en tumble dryer.
Parking place available. There is a large, well-maintained garden with herb garden.

You can make lovely walks in the neighbouring nature reserve or discover the old Etruscan culture. A daytrip to Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Perugia , the Bolsena lake and the sea are possible. Daily errands can be made within a 2 km distance and there are many restaurants in the direct neighbourhood with excellent Italian food.
Come and see for yourself. Everyone who stayed here, has been very satisfied.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES

Quiet location, yet with view of the village Proceno. Very inviting for walks.
Discover the old Etruscan culture, Pantano lies in the middle of it. Ski area at 38 km.
The sea and the Bolsena Lake are close by. Golf court at 65km. Horse riding in the neighbourhood. Also tennis court at 4km.
A daytrip to Rome is very attractive as well.

Each rental is available all year long. Included in the price:
Heating, towels, bed linen, final cleaning, taxes.

Upon arrival a 300 euro deposit has to be paid which is refundable upon departure, after inspection.

Each rental has an information map with the places of interest, itineraries, restaurants, shops, doctor, hospital, etc.
You will be welcomed by our very friendly warden and a surprise will be waiting for you. Should there be any special requirements such as a cook or a party, please tell us in time and we can arrange it for you.

A pet will be charged at €100/week.
